Running from 13th - 15th September, the Ludlow Food Festival is the longest running food festival in the UK and plays host to more than 160 producers, alongside Michelin Chefs, hands-on cookery demonstrations and expert talks.
The organisers were looking for a tried and trusted ticketing system to manage everything from the advance ticket sales through to managing ticket redemptions and headcount on the day - cue DigiTickets! The event saw exceptionally high visitor numbers this year, and we're pleased to confirm that online ticket queue times barely exceeded 1-2 minutes during the event due to the speed of redemptions.
