With 2019 off to a fantastic start we've been able to welcome a couple of new faces to the team already!
Karen - Project Manager
Joining Gemma in our Onboarding department, Karen has quickly become one of the team! With over 20 years’ experience in customer service and administration in a variety of industries, including airline, banking, and car rental, as well as an in-depth knowledge of project management she's been a very welcome addition already, pitching in to ensure that all of our new clients have the smoothest possible start to their time with DigiTickets.
Outside of the office, Karen has a keen interest in complementary therapies, meditation and wellbeing, is a makeup artist and flower arranger, and enjoys working with animals using Reiki.
Harry - Junior Developer
Having studied and enjoyed Computer Science at A-Level Harry has joined our Development team to continue honing his skills and to make sure that any key client requests are taken care of while the team are building new features! Primarily self-taught, in his free time he's already built a bespoke resource booking system for a local business, so he's definitely one to watch!
When he's not taking over the world one computer at a time Harry is a keen car enthusiast and enjoys bouldering, with 3 national competitions to his name already.
With this year set to be another great one we're looking forward to continuing to grow our lovely team - maybe you'll be joining us next!
