Knowsley’s set up included a two-stage approach focusing on both a branded online ticketing platform and our Point of Sale system, ProPoint, for their paylanes.
Like any attraction, Knowsley required a ticketing site that suited their current website and core branding. Initial set-up included an exciting range of tickets, including adoptions, gift tickets & vouchers, admission, and experiences. Knowsley’s set-up made use of the extensive range of features within DigiTickets by using timed ticketing for general admission, the products feature for adoptions, and the gift voucher portal for gift tickets and experiences. Like all attractions that onboard with DigiTickets, Knowsley were given a dedicated Onboarding Project Manager, who worked with them throughout their project to ensure a successful launch!
