Yup! We have a range of great EPOS partners, including DavRich, The EPOS Bureau, Tevalis, Mypos, ICR Touch, and Meridian. Our integrations work seamlessly to make sure your ticketing process from online sales to till redemptions is as easy as possible.
We offer flexible contract options to suit your business needs. Pricing is calculated as either a fixed price per transaction or per ticket, or as a percentage of the value of your ticket sales. We’ll work out which plan works out cheapest for you over your first three months of sales and you’ll then be put on that pricing plan. Invoices will be raised at the end of each month for any ticket sales and payment will be taken 28 days later by direct debit. What could be easier?

ProPoint is our intuitive, cloud-based Point of Sale System. You can use ProPoint to manage admissions, memberships, retail, and food & drink.
No, ProPoint is completely cloud-based so you won't need to fight your way through complicated installs. All you'll need is an internet connection and a modern browser and you're away!
If they meet the system requirements needed to run ProPoint then yes! We understand that purchasing new hardware can be an added cost and we’re always happy for you to use existing tills where possible, but we’d advise talking to our Business Development team to check if they’ll be suitable.
Good news. Redeeming on ProPoint is free to use. As part of the scoping process, we’ll find out exactly what requirements you have and take it from there.
Nope! ProPoint allows you to manage a wide range of functions including retail, food & drink, and memberships, alongside the standard ticketing functionality.
We partner with Box Technologies, who provide top-quality tills and EPOS hardware. We’ll scope out your requirements and do all the project management surrounding the hardware installation so you can focus on running your business.
We charge a monthly license fee per till on a sliding scale; the more tills you have, the cheaper the license for each one! We’ll only start charging for the license once you start selling, after which you’ll receive an itemised invoice each month.
We can indeed! We partner with Worldpay and Verifone to allow you to integrate chip and pin devices at Point of Sale, making selling on the gate as easy as possible for both you and your customers.
ProPoint has been designed specifically for DigiTickets so you can manage your online and point-of-sale ticketing from one centralised back office. You can choose which items are available on each sales channel as well as linking your capacities together or seperating them to reserve tickets for sale on the gate. You can redeem online tickets in ProPoint as well, getting customer visits off to a smooth start.
Absolutely! ProPoint is great for selling food and drink. You can create custom orders for fulfilling any dietary requirements. We also offer a fancy kitchen screen to display orders – it's perfect for table service. If you wish you can have one for customer collection too!
With ProPoint, you can create lots of different discounts and offers to put through the till. You can even sell gift vouchers that are redeemable in-store and online.
