Improving Accessibility for All Users

Important Changes To All Customer Facing Sites

Over the past few weeks we've been working hard to improve the user's experience when visiting one of our clients ticketing sites. We're committed to making improvements and we are delighted to announce this new set of updates, which we believe will make your customers journey even better (and right from the very start!). The update's key focus is to make your site accessible for all, ensuring that all customers can easily view our sites and purchase items.

At least one in five people in the UK have a disability, so it's important to be able to connect with everyone and ensure that all customers have a stress-free experience. By developing this project we've been able to add some new key features in order to achieve this. This is a project we're exceptionally proud to have worked on.

Key Features Include:

  • Adapted text and images enabling the ease of use for screen readers and other assistive technologies
  • Improved site navigation when using a keyboard
  • Enhanced functionality for touch sensitive and mobile devices
  • Adjusted sites language for customers with cognitive impairments making it easier to digest information

More awesome updates coming soon!
