We’re Growing!

Laptops and phones with people working together

With so many lovely clients all across the UK and beyond we’re expanding our Client Services Team to ensure that we can continue to provide the best possible customer service.

Vicki – Client Relationship Manager

Vicki has joined our Client Services team with a wealth of experience as an Account Manager for several high-tech Blue-chip companies and has a great understanding of the retail market. She’s excited about meeting and creating relationships with her accounts ensuring they have the superb service they have received previously and is excited at getting to know them all.

Vicki enjoys spending time with her family and friends in addition to volunteering for a dog rescue site, fostering dogs and getting them ready for their forever home. Vicki enjoys all things tech and learning about future products, as well as playing games on her console where she will be found being beaten by her 11-year-old nephew! In quieter moments she enjoys reading and gardening.

David – Client Relationship Manager

David also comes from a very strong account management background, but within the Insurance sector; he’s used to managing key clients across the UK and is eager to start getting to know the wonderful clients at DigiTickets and understanding their businesses in order to help them to fully optimise their ticketing systems.

In his spare time, David pursues a terrible standard of golf (his words, not ours!) as well as taking long country walks with his dogs and hiking for charity. He has also recently acquired a taste for craft beers and enjoys sampling different varieties – now there’s a hobby we can get behind!

Kyle – Part Time Support Technician

Kyle is a Politics student at Exeter University and is joining us part-time alongside his studies. With admin experience in both the public and private sectors as well as a government-funded internship in China under his belt he’s a great addition to the team – by his own admission the long hours working while abroad were matched only by the time spent trying the local food!

When not working Kyle can usually be found either honing his discussion and persuasion skills at the university’s debate society which he captains or hanging out at the Old Firehouse taking on one of their giant pizzas and a pint or two of toffee cider.

With our growth showing no signs of stopping any time soon we’re still on the lookout for more friendly faces to join the team – if you’re interested why not check out our careers page? We look forward to meeting you!
